How I got my first legit tap on a blue.

he let you get it.

Had he thought you were going to get anywhere he would have not been playing so loose. He opens his game up so you can train with him and you show your appreciation by flaunting it online. I hope he breaks your arm.

ROFL

I'm guessing the obvious & you were training gi as he is a blue belt. WTF is the need of leg locking him when most white belt gi comps do not allow it (at least the ones I have experienced in Europe)?

Newbie white belts are certainly not permitted to do knee bars at my school.

Congratulations, I think. Sounds like a good sequence in any case.

Sounds like a nice sequence and that you're thinking about your transitions, but as some people have said:
1) Better grapplers will sometimes roll down to your level so you can feel what it's like to try submissions, instead of just getting stuffed all the time
2) #1 will not apply if people find out you're going to tell others about tapping them out when you roll

Did you type this thread out with a rock hard erection?

I got one from reading it. Is that wrong?

Tough crowd. He tapped a blue in MMA for the second time and just wanted to share his feeling of accomplishment and now he gets ragged on because he used a kneebar (it was MMA not bjj)? You guys really need to not take yourselves quite so seriously.

Thanks for the wisdom, TheHighlander.

Your posts are usually quite preachy. You been in the fight game for many years?

Sarcasm alert?

I usually post on technical threads when I feel I have something to add or want additional info, but periodically feel the need to defend people and ideas. Heck, I even defended tudor on one thread some time ago before he showed how much he deserved that pink belt with his trolling.

I've been doing martial arts for a number of years, at least a little bit of almost everything. Been around TMA guys bashing sport and sport guys bashing TMA. Judo bashing BJJ and BJJ bashing Judo.

Sweet man keep training hard. I don't see what bragging to a bunch of people that you don't know over the internet does but regardless good work.

SOURCE!?

First, I'm proud of my belt. Second, for trolling, here, you get dubbs... it's not the case. Third, i hope you defend a concept or idea and not a man. Fourth, I hope you have a sense of humour...

HAHAHAHAHA. Good point....And when these guys tapped a bb in judo in the same scenario, it was.....the world of judo sucks. HAHAHA. Love this noob stuff.:icon_lol: :icon_lol: :icon_lol:

.....Except...:icon_lol: ... the judo bb was going full-full out:icon_lol: because you were wearing a white or blue belt????HAHAHA. LOVE YOU GUYS:icon_lol:

Club training is for bettering yourself at all costs...as well as others. Kudos Mr Bungle to working a sub in. Serious.

Every once in a while you bring up something I would consider defending, but have been so trollish (in those same threads) I've elected not to. I have the sense of humour, but just choose not be part of your game.
