It’s called a “half life” it’s different for every drug and everyone’s body. USADA can detect trace amounts, which lengthens the amount of half lives you have to go through before it’s completely undetectable. It’s been like 2 years it’s probably almost completely out of his fat/blood
As I understand half-life, the amount of a substance found in a test would steadily decrease over time, not increase/decrease unpredictably (hence the "pulsing" theory) as has been the case with Jon and others. I bet there are still trace amounts lingering and they just weren't disclosed.
