*How hard is for a guy like Conor to improve drastically his gas tank?*

Considering Conor's gas tank was an issue on the first fight and would/could be a turning point in tne second, how hard is to improve your gas tank so it would turn from a "con" to a "pro"? I mean, could Conor train in a such a way, from UFC 196 to UFC 202, so he could last 4-5 rounds with no problem?
gas tank and how many shots you take go hand in hand. Conor should worry more about Nate's boxing. He should take him to leg kick city and then throw haymakers when Diaz is expecting the leg kicks

Notice how everyone seems to gas like an amateur when standing with Nate and Nick?

Regardless of what he does to prepare cardio-wise, Conor has to end the rematch in 1-2 rounds or he's fucked. He isn't going to lay back and pick his shots at a leisurely pace because Nate won't let him.
