How good would a Max Holloway vs Justin Gaythje fight be?

Holloway will lose many of his advantages if he moves up.

I am very curious to see how Max would look at 155.

I think he has better hands than Gaethje but JG has those strong leg kicks. Then again Max was great at countering Aldo's leg kicks with punches upstairs.

I would give the edge to Max. JG is a good wrestler but says he will never shoot for a takedown. This would be a great match to finally use his wrestling but his stubborness and strict JBG policy won't allow it and may cost him the fight in a standup war.

Eddie Alvarez made himself look like Lomachenko, Justin just couldn't box with him.

Eddie only struggles vs guys with longer reach, hes one of the best pure boxers in the game and always out strikes guys without reach advantage.

Max is better overall but he will lose a lot of his size advantages at 55, I think Justin grinds him out in 3 rounds, 5 rounds I favor max.

Max would pick him apart relatively easily, in my opinion. Would it be fun? Sure. But any fight involving Max or Gaethje is fun.
