Can he be the key for helping King Khabib?

Obviously he is olympic level overall techniqque wise, but it doesnt automatically equate that every skill of his is.

He’s the best in the game.

The dude fights HWs and LHWs...and he has a 72 inch reach.

    As points of reference:

Conor has a 74 inch reach.
GSP has a 76 inch reach.
Stipe has an 80 inch reach.
Jones has an 84 inch reach.

He managed to do it against Jones, who has a huge reach.

    Its average.

He takes alot of damage closing the distance but because he's so tough he'll take a few to give one hard one.

He does get hit while doing it though. If Khabib has a Cormier tier chin then its gonna be a long night for Conor

It really depends on the reach/style of his opponent. He was clinical with Nelson, Hendo, Mir, Bigfoot, Barnett ETC.

Jones, Gus was a different story.

Very good at closing the distance. He doesn't take near as much damage as some people would have you believe.

Khabib is already very astute at closing the distance/pressure fighting...

Obviously his years of training at AKA with the likes of DC, Cain and the rest have honed in those skills.

He's been able to close the distance on guys like Gus, Jon, and Stipe at 5'10, 5'11 tops with a 72 inch reach. He's pretty damn good at it I'd say
