How good is Bellator Middleweight Champion Brandon Halsey?

I watch the fights. I've noticed fights are more consistently exciting in Bellator than in UFC. It seems as though fighters in UFC are more careful and cautious while fighters in Bellator are more apt to go for it.

I see that alot when comparing the "B"/Farm Leagues of other sports. Guys in the AHL are more aggressive and apt to go for it because they want to prove they can hang in the NHL. Once they're there, they dial it back to extend their career and take fewer risks.
