I believe this is the most anticipated fight that is not a rumor.

This should really go either way depending how it unfolds.

It could turn to a domination for either fighter.

We will have to see.

Can't wait!

No way Ankalaev can stand with Pereira on the feet, and I don't see him wrestling him down for 5 rounds.
Pereira by KO.

Maybe he doesn't have to stand and bang with Poatan. That's what makes this fight very intriguing. We'll see who can dictate the fight in their own terms.

The threat of takedown is underrated alot of times. A striker wont strike the same way when he’s afraid of getting taken down. Ankalaev looked like absolute dogsh** in his fights, but Pereira was also off in his last fight and is really old with too much mileage, will be an interesting one for sure.

Yes it's a very intriguing fight, can't wait.

9/10, always love seeing Alex fight, the guy is violent and always lets go and is great to watch.

I love seeing champions defend their belts against the number 1 contenders, I'm old school like that and thats how its supposed to be, I can't stand the fighters with zero title defenses and then want to move division for a so called superfight and new belt, its so lame and flash in the pan. Alex is the champion we needed, fights often and not scared to defend the belt and put it on the line. Love it

I agree totally with this, should be a very interesting 1st round. We'll see how the fighters dictate the fight.

The two most skilled guys in the LHW will finally meet each other in the octagon. Super intriguing fight, the best since Yan - Figueiredo.

More excited than for the Rountree and second Jiri fight, less excited than for the first Jiri fight.

10 This is the fight I've been waiting to see the most.

Time to shut the neck beards up for good

10 for me. Hopefully Ank comes in to wrestle and provides the final test for Alex. If Alex loses he is still a legend for how he has handled his business withing the UFC, but its time to for a grappling centric test. Of course, who knows, guys say they are going to grapple all the time and then they shuffle around the cage for 25 minutes. Who knows.

this can be a good grappling test for Alex if Ank aint slept within the first 2 rounds, which is what I expect to happen

8. Alex is much watch TV. Can't say the same for missing chromosome Abe Lincoln.
