My favorite is still the up-kick on Jacare.

This is a sickle sweep variation. I was shown this exact version 10 years ago by Frontline Academy purple belt and it's still my go to sweep, especially no gi. From white belts to black belts I land this sweep. Absolutely love it!

This is what I don't get. Someone can have a 2012 join date, yet have no idea what a tripod sweep is, which is one of the most basic sweeps in all of BJJ. What exactly is it you think you're watching when you watch MMA? I mean christ, this sweep is literally hit all the time in MMA.
