How does it work for bars ordering the PPV? My local bar...

They won’t order the PPV as they’re saying they have to sign a contract that states they can’t charge a cover charge. However I’ve definitely been to bars that have charged a cover for the UFC.

Does anyone have any source or knowledge that proves this one way or another?

I used to see bars charging a cover for UFC events, however it's now rare around here to find any bar showing the fights even without a charge.

Have you ever heard that they’re not allowed to charge a cover anymore? That seems bizarre to me and I guess I don’t understand why the UFC would care if the bar charged a cover.
