When it comes to Conor talking shit leading up to a rematch, he'll probably think of something. Everybody knows (or should know) that Conor is just trying to hype the fight up and that it isn't personal, Nate knows this too, he knows it's just to hype the fight, it's part of the game when fighting Conor, but Conor will probably think of something.
Honestly though, Conor doesn't have to talk shit. If I remember correctly, he didn't have anything bad to say about Max Holloway. He said he would finish him and all that, but had nothing bad to say and didn't trash talk him like he's done to pretty much everybody else. Since losing to Nate, I don't know what Conor would say if he's going to talk shit, but he might have something. He did already take a shot at Nate by calling him 'mush head' or whatever, so to me it seems like he will talk shit again.
We'll just have to wait and see. You never really know what Conor is going to say, even if he lost to somebody already. It may seem ridiculous for somebody to talk trash after losing to somebody, but with Conor I'm sure he can make it work. Look at DC, he lost to Jones and he's talking shit still. He didn't lose as bad as Conor obviously, it was a competitive fight between Jones/DC, but DC is still going strong with the trash talk. I guess it's because Jones kept talking shit on him and DC is just replying, but still.
I, for one, am very interested to see what Conor has to say when he eventually fights Nate again. He's a great trash talker and even though he lost, I'm sure he'll come up with something. Not because it's personal, but to bring in some great numbers again. That's what it's all about with him, it's all about those numbers, as he has said many times.
It's gonna be tough, especially because Nate is gonna be talking shit
Nate won't talk shit for no reason. Conor said lots of things before their first fight, but if Conor doesn't say any shit leading up to their eventual rematch, Nate probably won't talk shit on him then. Nate only really talks shit if he feels his opponents deserves to be shit talked. Obviously the things Conor said before could be used by Nate as ammo, but that's in the past and Nate beat him already, so I don't think Nate will bring that up in a future press conference or interview or anything. Nate only really talks shit if somebody says or does something to get on his nerves. Nate has nothing against Conor and has made that clear. Maybe Nate will say something about Conor being on steroids though, who knows.
