It looks pretty good. Do you find that the incline flys give you any separation on your inner pecs, or is it mostly shoulders?
 
I think it's okay. Not enough exercises for your bicep peaks, though.

When you made this post before
I've lifted for about 5 years... (4years with football and 1 year outside of school)
I used to have a pretty solid upper body physique before the weight came.
But no I have never tried MA before.

I had a feeling your "workout" would look something like this. You need to study the FAQ

TS, I haven't seen a routine of this quality in a long time! Its genius! I guess this explains why my biceps aren't as good as they could be, I've got to hit them from EVERY ANGLE POSSIBLE
