I'm talking career highs and lows, both UFC and WEC careers. What do you thing was his finest and worst striking performance?

I personally always tried to get into his hype and enjoy his fights, since I'm a huge striking fan and dudes like him, with a kickboxing background always have a couple of extra points in my eyes.

But something about his movement, defense and overall striking abilities always seemed kinda' off. He has great kicks when he's determined to use them as a vital part of his gameplan, but even in victory, he gets tagged with punches way too much (and many of them are not even that sneaky). Nevertheless, I'll be rooting for him today and I hope he can put up a vintage cowboy performance.

He has great kicks but his boxing is sloppy and he cant fight while moving backwards.

Well he is pretty damn good but his defense is lacking.

His striking is miles better then Dunhams, he is almost certain to win tomorrow

I think he has really good all-around striking ability, but not great, and he doesn't handle being pressured in the stand up well.

Great when he's better than his opponent and his confidence is on point.

Pretty pedestrian once the fight starts dragging on/not quite going his way. He just tries to coast

At this fight, it's much more technical and better than Dunham. How he made Dennis Siver (who back then has 4 fight winning streak, won 8 of last 9) look silly I think is his best performance in the UFC.

He has a very bad habit of standing tall when trieing to trade in the pocket

Kind of glass cannon, as far as I can see...

Can fuck guys up quickly and brutally, and push them all night long, but doesn't take being pushed himself very well.

I forgot that Evan was a southpaw. All 6 losses (except the Jamie Varner phantom illegal knee) have come to southpaws. Cerrone should avoid SP's like the plague or he will be fighting for Bellator soon. He isn't on the main card, so I can see him winning this one. Kicks to the body will be his success.

He's extremely hittable. He has decent power in his strikes and a respectable kicking game, but he is very easy to hit, and as another poster said, he fights very poorly going backwards.
