Why is that grammatically correct? What about general or gemstone? Or if your referring to words which start with a g-i, what about Gin?
It’s a G so I use the G sound.

Grammatically it should be a G sounds like gift but the kid that created is not a native English speaker so he thinks its JIFF. I say it like gift.

"Graphics" is not pronounced "Jafrics"
