How do you get six pack abs??

    Ok i am really getting sick of this. I have been trying to get a damn sixpack for way too long...and it doesnt work. I do martial arts 5 times a week and i still dont have one. I run all the time and to situps. SO i guess it has to be what i am eating. CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME SOME FOODS YOU CAN EAT TO HELP GET THAT SIX PACK???? Thanks

    hmmm either ask someone to a buy six pack for you or get a fake id so you can go in and buy one yourself. All that martial arts stuff wont really help because i doubt you can intimidate the guy serving behind the counter like that.

    genetics. Some people just can't get them. focus on just getting your core stronger. who cares if you have a six pack?

    body fat has to be under 6%

    Anything under 10% and they should be visible. Bruce Lee was around 4 or 5%. 7% is ideal for athletes. At least that's what I read. Workin out will get you the muscles, but your abs will only come through with a proper diet. Try the Men's Health web site. They have some good eating tips.

    Be able to squat 1.5x your body weight. Have a well developed back. Focus on explosive movements, not on long distance cardio. Ditch the situps in favor of High-Intensity Interval Training. And most importantly... diet

    If it comes in a package, don't eat it. Every meal should have a lean protein source (fish, beef, chicken, pork), vegetables, and a minimum of condiments. Avoid refined grain products (all breads, cereals, etc.). Supplement with fish, flax, and olive oil. Lift HEAVY to retain muscle (lots of sets, few reps, i.e. 8x3, 5x5 etc.).

    Consume fast acting, high GI carbs post workout with fast acting protein.

    That's how you get six pack abs.

    Some individuals can have body fat as high as 12% and still have a visible six pack. Others need to diet down to as low as 8%. If you've ever been fat in your life, you may need surgery (as I did), to get the excess skin removed.

    what if we said pepperoni gives you the 'final 2'? would you eat it all day long?

    you simply might not (genetically speaking) be able to get a full 6-pack.
