Espresso, sometimes French pressed coffee.
Lately it's been triple shot lattes.
Lately I tried one that tasted like gingerbread, and the extra shot gave it that slightly-too-toasted flavor.
And it was made a little too hot when served, which is how I like it : coffee should be served a little too hot so it slows down the experience, lets you savor it.

That's right, I don't just drink my coffee, I enjoy it.
