How do we discourage stupid people with poor character from reproducing?

There is something odd about people in developed nations who have below replacement birth rate already wishing to further reduce it.

What's the long game with that one?

The government should pay smart people to reproduce more, that would help. Replacing the population with retards does not help.

Colleges are filled with intelligent people with stupid ultra liberal philosophies. Intelligence can destroy the world just as much as it can make it better.

The intelligent people in universities generally don't have ultra liberal viewpoints.

The majors that are most infested with the liberal agenda are all average IQ subjects. Social workers and sociology majors have some of the lowest IQ's in Academia.

This is wishful thinking. Quite the opposite will inevitably come to pass.
