How do i Write a comment in profile

How do i write a comment at the bottom of my post when i post. Example after i have posted a message you see at the bottom of my post a personal comment from me, like who are my favourite fighters, or a quote. This may be a stright forward thing to do but i can't seem to do it.

User CP -> Edit Signature

again im a noob when it come to computers. How do i get to User CP - Edit signature.

There is a button that says user CP pretty much on the top of the forum page. Just right of the register button.
