How Do I Post a Pic That's On My Comp?

i know how to post one that i find on the net, but how have had trouble have posting ones off my computer. any help appreciated.

yeah, you can't just post a picture that's on your hard drive without first uploading it to a server of some sort. then you post it just like you would any other picture on the net.
