I've been going mma for somt time now and i have reached a level and seem to of stopped, I weigh abot 150lbs when in good shape and always fight people a lot heavier (i hope it can only help) my ground game is ok i can escape most moves and im good with the chokes but it think my stregnth lets me down, i tried to bulk up but i dont really gain a lot of muscle, does anyone know another martial art that may help or any other advice that can help me
