Neck curls with high reps while laying off of a bench or bed.
This post is scarier than a camp fire story bro. Noted as fuck.The neck just like the core complex should be trained with isometrics.
Doing neck curls and similar is sure way for serious injuries.
Try a towel or a band and just do neck planks or similar.
Try to resist movement instead of creating it.
Just be careful, i know many people with chronic neck issues after trying to work their neck with various weighted movements.
