I dont think it was the slam but the punch afterward that she didnt defend and just took was when it should have been stopped.

You don't have to be "out" in order for a fight to be stopped. Fights can be stopped if your hit hard enough to the point were you can't fight or properly defend yourself. After that slam, Roxy seemed to have lost her wits about her and clearly was not thinking straight enough to continue fighting or put up any type of defense. She was just about a sitting duck for whatever Jessica wanted to do to her. The fight should have been stopped sooner.

At the time I thought they would've stopped it, but NOT when she got slammed, but after the first shot here when she attempted to sit up while not protecting herself.
