How did the Penn seminar go today?

The seminar went well. His brother Reagan was the special guest with him.
Taught a lot of techniques from the guard and how to escape it. He also showed the technique he used to get Matt Hughes' back in the second fight and how he injured his rib doing that.
As for staying with the UFC, he says he has 9 more fights with them.
