I don't see how Will won that fight. THe first two rounds were clearly Chandler. The 3rd and 4th were clearly Wills. That left the 5th round to decide the fight and I just don't see any way that Chandler DIDNT win that round by a WIDE margin.

Chandler should have won that fight.

I thought it was a close round where Chandler barely edged him out. If it werent for the last minute it was Brooks' round. I wouldn't call it a robbery or anything like that. Chandler needs to suck it up and fight better next time.

He didn't do anything in the last round to warrant winning it it. He landed 1 takedown, and then hugged brooks stomach for about 45 seconds and then Brooks got back up. Other than that, Brooks stuffed the rest of his takedowns, and outstruck him on the feet. Brooks also took his back at one point went for a choke. Then in the last 30 seconds Brooks slipped onto his back, and the Chandler got him into an arm triangle. Brooks got out of it, and that was that.

One takedown and one sub attempt does not give you a round.

Were you drunk when you watched the fight? The fifth round was mostly back and forth wrasslin', with nobody having a real clear edge. The gnp and sub attempt were the biggest events of that round.

    About the "he slipped" argument.

Do people think the judges noticed that?

Did it against the Wrestling Koala too.

I'm kind of confused as well. People will tell you, "it was a close fight, stfu", but you can have close fights with obvious winners when you're scoring it round by round. I thought it was pretty clearly 1,2,5 Chandler, but even if you give Brookes a 10-8, then it's only a draw. Or hell, round 5 a 10-10 if people are so split on it, but it was pretty clearly a Chandler round so that's really stretching it.

'5 point throw', took the back twice, defended all offense chandler tried to throw at him

At VERY WORST it is a 10-10 round and in that case Brooks STILL wins on the textbook 10-8 3rd.

Of course one judge gave the 5th to brooks and scored the 3rd 10-8, making it a 48-46 for Brooks.

One thing is for sure, Michael chandler did not win that fight.

Agreed. I gave the round to Chandler based on the end of it, but it remained a close round.

Brooks seized his opportunity. Not a robbery.

2 close fights in a row where he lost by the smallest margin and sucked it up.

Is there an interview where he's bitter?

Almost finished how? The head and arm? Easily defended. The GNP was brief and also easily defended.

Brooks taking his back twice and throwing him over his head >

    Brooks 48-46

    HE didn't. He won it.

    FIght should have been a draw. Chandler 1, 2, and 5. Brooks 3 and 4 with 3 being a 10-8.

I don't care what rounds the judges scored what, but I saw the fight as Chandler winning the fifth, but round 3 was 10-8 for Brooks and round 2 was 10-10. Chandler has better top control the first two rounds but did almost nothing with it and Brooks did take his back in the second

    i agree

    i had it

    10-9 chandler
    10-9 chandler
    10-8 brooks
    10-9 brooks
    10-9 chandler

for a draw, the only other option is if judges made rd.3 a 10-8

but the just bleed god showed up last night. he saw that brooks won the FIGHT and let him win. also let rampage win for hurting mo rather than mo's lnp
