Didn’t buy the PPV this time but saw that Aldo retired. How was his sendoff compared to Smith and Meatball who recently got videos?

Why is it so hard for people to understand that they didn't know he was retiring?

Dana and U Fight Cheap been paying discount bin psychics, and they totally missed this.

They should have a presentation ready for all the older future hall of famers but that would mean they'd have to care about fighters and legacy first.

Why is it so hard for people to understand that literal losers and nobody's in MMA like Anthony Smith and Molly McCann don't deserve any acknowledgment when they retire outside of a good luck.

You really think Aldo retired for good? Seems like the type who will keep coming back for more. I don't think the UFC is buying it either.

I think he is. Three questionable or lackluster decisions in his last four fights and his body clearly doesn't want him to do it anymore. He's been fighting for twenty years and has already said he is getting issues with his memory.

I guess this one might be different because he finally didn't get pressed against the fence all night. On the other hand, he really thought he won this fight which might give him the itch to come back later. He 'still got it' & 'I almost had it last time'.

I hope not. I hope he takes this as "Yeah, I won that, but it shouldn't have been that close to begin with. I don't have it anymore."

When you have your own promotion you can ignore those losers when they retire.

Weirdo.
