But he got KO'ed by:

Chris-Weidman-Knock-Out-Anderson-Silva.jpg

this?

Yes, Chris punch was cleaner, but Bonnar punch seems to be going harder...

Did AS lost his chin in 8 months?

no two punches are the same

Maybe Anderson didn't see that Weidman punch coming? Sometimes the punch you don't see is the worst one.

That's all I can think of.

Bonnar definitely doesn't have the power of Weidman. Plus Anderson wasn't busy dancing and knew Bonnar's punch was coming so he braced for it.

How come Bigfoot took 100 bombs from Hunt yet got KO'd in a couple of minutes from a 230lb wrestler?

Shit happens. All punches are different.

Because getting punched out of your stance while not seeing it coming is an easy way to get ktfo.

when he got KO'd by Weidman, he had his foot planted, IIRC he was moving around a lot more whne he got hit by Bonnar.

Also, the side of the Chin is one of the best Spots for KO's

There are many reasons that have nothing to do with the power of the punch. Others have been mentioned but I will add that a punch exerting a rotational force on the head is far more disruptive that one exerting linear force.

Weidman landed cleaner on the chin and had hurt Silva before. Silva was fresh and prepared for the Bonnar punch.

The Bonnar punch was slightly higher than the Weidman punch.

Also, he would have been relaxing his jaw when he got tagged by Weidman. Being tilted backwards, his cranium absorbed the shock entirely.

standing up straight the neck and spine helps absorb damage.

Bonnar punched him on the mouth.

Weidman on the chin.

Anderson was leaning back against Weidman, his head had no room to move backwards. In boxing, we call it riding a punch. It helps lesson the impact of a punch.

TS has obviously never been punched in the head

He didn't see it,imagine it like you can take 700 pound of force when ur not aware but if you see something coming you can take 1200 before the lights go out.

When you see the old sparring videos of as its crazy to see him with n o headgear letting people punch him full on,and the rivera fight looking straight in his eyes and smiling as rivera unloaded before finishing him.

In all honesty age is a big factor, fighters can age a lot between fights the bonnar fight was like 8 months before the Weidman fight and that's a lot for an old fighter.
