How come sheilds did not have a broken arm?

    His arm was bent back at a sick angle, the same angle that broke nogerias elbow and tore his shoulder ligaments. But sheilds did not seem seriously injured, how come?

    1) not quite the same angle.

    2) greater shoulder flexibility

    A kimura that far hurts, but that's not the breaking/tearing/dislocating point

    Because contrary to what the butthurt American Shields fans say, Palhares never intended on breaking his arm. That's why he could use that same arm one second later to cowardly sucker punch Rousimar.
