I understand steak can be rare because if meat is well examined by the inspector, the interior is actually sterile and safe for consumption.

Where burger beforehand is minced and mixed with the outer layer which more often been handled multiple times and even washing it will not fully get rid of all bacteria and other crap.

    Whatever...I guess.

If someone can be killed by a burger, we didn't need them anyway

Medium is perfect for a burger.

A good steak should be mid rare to mid rare plus

I just throw a tube of ground beef in the microwave until it’s brown. Problem solved. Medium rare chicken strips are the shit though.

buy beef sirloin and grind it yourself. Then you can cook it rare and it’s safe.

You dont eat chicken that isnt fully cooked.

Its either cooked, or it isnt. There isnt a restaurant in the world that serves med rare chicken

I'd eat a medium rare one at a decent food joint. If I'm at some cheap place I usually order well and just use ketchup or something for juiciness.

I prefer medium well on my burgers. Medium rare on steaks.

Technically, you can eat raw chicken if it's really fresh, but it's not really done outside of Japan. In Japan they have ways of serving chicken sashimi safely. But it is very dangerous if not done correctly, so yeah, it's not done in the West or most other places for good reason.

I like my steak still breathing but burgers medium. Having said that If you trust the source of the meat I see no problem with a rare burger.

That's the only way to have a burger, pink on the inside like a broad.
