be "out of prime" at 30 years old? This makes no logical sense. You can be the most talented, and be "out of prime" by age 30. Why?
Because, talent is a function of biology. Due to some random genetic variation and the right environment, an MMA fighter can just have better recovery, more KO power, and other physical attributes with minimal training.
Skills is what is developed through the right discipline, dedication and determination. It is what allows the real GOATs to prolong their careers further than the average 3 years for most physical demanding sports, while competing at the highest level.
Therefore, saying that Fighter A is the most skilled ever, but unfortunately, he was out of his prime at age 30, when most great athletes are still conquering at the highest level, is contradictory.
It would make more sense to be the most talented and be "out of prime" at age 30, due to eating too much ice cream, focusing more on acting and other activities that don't directly improve fighting skills and etc. This makes sense.
If you are "out of prime" by age 30, short of a catastrophic injury, you are definitely not the most skilled. This is common sense for those who pay attention, and have a reasonable understanding of sports. LOL
If you are just a Beta Nerd who misses the "good ole PRIDE FC days," then I guess, I kinda get were you coming from. LOL
