Well first of all he could be a hit with the Middle Eastern (Muslim) fanbase, however that would be little to nothing.

As far as Russia goes, every day casual Russian fans wouldn't really care for him considering he's not an ethnic Russian. I wouldn't be surprised to see them cheering Conor over Khabib in Moscow
