like we are sometimes too self centered to realize there are people from other countries posting here too

especially other english speaking countries, are we viewed as bigger assholes than europeans? or is it based on individual?

A handful of angry Chinese teenagers on the internet doesn't give an accurate representation.

Each culture has its own generalised interpretation of each other.

As an example, Australians tend to not think of Americans as being as rowdy and dense as a lot of Europeans do.
At the same time, a lot of euros think of Australians as being rowdy and a bit crude but in a charming way.
Then the English tend to think of both as being a bit rough around the edges.

It's going to depend on demographic also.
As an example - a 20 year old westerners opinion of the Japanese is going to differ vastly from a 70 year old westerners opinion of the Japanese.
Are they war-time opportunists or interesting, sophisticated and kind?

Oh I know. I worked there for 4 years and they're indifferent at best to white people.
