Anyone here got a hoverboard, hovershoes, or one of the Segways?
How about an electric scooter?
I was thinking of getting a Segway Ninebot ES4 scooter. They look like a lot of fun, although i've never ridden one yet.
I was never into skateboarding, but years ago i used to like rollerblading.

Are there particular things i should look out for when buying an electric scooter? Should i get a scooter that has solid or pnuematic tyres? I've read that punctures are a real problem with scooters. Even though solid tyres eliminate punctures they'd not be as comfortable as far as the ride goes, would they?

These look fun, are they?

I'd never get on a Segway because I feel like that's gonna be when the gyroscope fails and I faceplant.

Check your area's touristy places. You could probably rent one alongside tourists and catch some coronavirus at the same time.

I'm still waiting on the real hoverboards from back to the future 2.

I remember some years back. A company was working on them, guess they couldn't do it.

Edit: they're Hendo Hoverboards

Maybe they could make some mini maglev boots to surf the maglev rails and dodge the trains.

Someone gave me a scooter for Xmas. I rode it around in a parking lot a bit and then regifted it. Doesn’t seem all that practical to me, and weight limit for a lot of them is like 200-220 lbs.

Clearly not built for jacked Sherbros!

I hate people on bicycles so I imagine I would hate these too.
