It does. To determine who is a better fighter you have to compare each of them against the top 10. Not just each other.

When styles make fights you could lose to 1 but beat the rest. The guy you lost to might lose to the other 9. Doesn’t make him better than you.

I think Joanna is a better fighter than Rose even though she lost twice to her. Joanna will beat all 9 other girls but I’m not so sure about Rose.
