I’d say Askren vs Masvidal is an intriguing fight. It didn’t really make sense for Askren to be fighting either of those guys just yet anyways. It sounds like Usman has been injured and the UFC needed a main event bad so they booked Covington vs Lawler (another good fight). The real question is, when is Ponzinibbio going to get a big fight? He’s been one of the more interesting up and comers at WW for me, and he’s been horribly inactive over about the past 2 years. I would have preferred to see him vs RDA over Edwards.
