Look at this badger. Who knows, maybe he's like Cro Cop going into the grappler's hold just to stand back up, kick the shit out of him, and then actually consume his body.

He gets out of the python's grip (cursing the python's family line the entire time)…. gets nipped in the butt cheeks by some upstart jackal. Gets out of the python's clutches. Ice's the python (karate chop! motherfucker!), plays tug of war with the jackals over the python's deceased grappler's body. Drags his kill back to his living room and chases the jackals away one last time for good measure.

Full size wolf if the wolf wont run away is a good possibility, they usually run though or will run after getting their face and throat gnawed on.

Full size bear...no. they may intimidate one via the bear not wanting to damage its nose eyes or mouth and ears, which is why its not uncommon for a 4 or 500lb black bear or small grizzly to walk away after a brief encounter. To the death...bear wins 99.5/100. Wolverine wont typically back down though so it can be a fatal contest if the bear decides to get really into it. Its a bear ffs lol

They don't have the biggest fangs, or sharpest claws, or even best reflexes. All they have is a fearless demeanor that allows them to charge at bigger animals and scare the fuck out of them.

Ya I don't know if the HB loses if the Jackals don't arrive but the python would have put it to the test of 'how long can you survive if you cannot breath'. Not sure if that skill is in the HB arsenal so it would have been interesting.

For that reason I actually see the Python as one of the more interesting HB opponents. They have evolved tough skin and to take enormous damage with skin that is like loose leather and thus hard to bite through and they can take envenomation . But constriction does not care about loose skin.

Yes and the problem with fighting with HB are that they have can literally go 15 rounds without slowing down. Few opponents have that type of stamina. Also they constantly are trying to bite off the balls their opponents which is one of their main kill techniques. Plus they poop while fighting and the smell is said to be suffocating.

Who wants that fight? A non stop contender always lunging for your balls.

Hell naw... ain't nobody gonna want that fight.

There is no evidence wolverine kill bears. Only that they avoid them, and they're also prey for wolves.

Honey badger on the other hand can disperse lions. A much more well oiled, more apex predator than either bears OR wolves
