Holy breakfast meat!

Well, I have just prepared som ingredients to cook after my workout which is due in about 5 min.
I'm trying to gain weight and I would like som cool ideas for breakfasts, just for that purpose!
Today I'll do weight lifting, about 20 pounds, whole upper body, like 13-15 reps.
After I will have the following..

PWO food.
1 port. Old fashioned french fries.
2 Red hot flamin Chorizo sausage.
1 onion and 1 tomato, fried along with some bellpepper powder.
1 fried egg, large yolk.
Fried in butter ofcourse.
Maybe som swedish cheese also, spiced with malt liquer, 28,5% fat

PWO shake.

3 scoops Whey 80 strawberry. 45 grams protein and 13 grams carbs.
2 scoops Dextrosol, dextrose. Not that sure of % or gram intake though
About 2 cups water

PWO starch.
1 Super bar (contains milk choc and lots of seeds and oats.)



Also, aditional question.. N I'm bound to get flamed for this one:icon_twis But I'm thinking about renting some adult dvd's, how many calories do I have to eat, semi-interestedly (and active you know..) watching a 2 hr porno that is..

which porn are you thinking of renting?
that will give us a better idea of how many calories you will burn!
 
That sounds like flaming diarrhea waiting to happen.
