No because Holm is not known for improving or working on her weaknesses. Plus the women's Bantamweight division is so deep there are too many contenders in line for Holm to get another shot ever.

Yes, it's pretty much inevitable if Ronda continues to fight. The only way it doesn't happen is if Ronda wins the title from Meisha and Holly loses a few fights and can't be considered a legit contender. Even then, the fight would happen if Ronda wanted it and/or if the UFC thought there was more money to be made in a rematch than in protecting Ronda.
