It is very hypocritical for Holm's manager to have once demanded an immediate title shot for Holly as her UFC debut (which Dana refused), and NOW they would have liked one more fight before a TS.

This. She thought she was hot shit fighting no name amateurs, then all of a sudden she's struggling with UFC fighters while Ronda starts knocking out fighters in less than a minute.
