Idk if I've been under a rock but why is she not in the UFC.
Would be a huge gain to that god awful div.

There's 2 threads about her with her name in the thread title on the first page of this section of the forum and there's the Official Women's MMA Discussion thread on the first page of this section of the forum too.

In both of her threads you can read and find out why she's not in the UFC.

Also that division is not God awful and it has produced some of the best fights from this year.
 
if shes 135 then the ufc needs her. if ronda loses/retires 135 will have literally no views
 
Problem is she has looked good at times and very raw at times. Plus she asking for a lot without proving that she deserves it. Her last fight she should've finished that fight. Her fight before that was her best performance of her career. She hasn't looked great in all her fights.

If she wants the big bucks like her manager runs around talking about then step up and go in Invicta and at least fight someone like Coenen and show you can hang with some of the better women in the sport. Win that and I'm sure the UFC will be willing to up there offer.
 
I read she wants a lot of money. I think she should enter TUF as most have suggested if she wants that 6 figure contract.

Smh that's ridiculous!!! She's asking for 100k per fight??? Not like a multiple fight deal that can get her 100k??? What is she making in these bs organizations she's fighting in???

Not sure how much money she is making in the smaller orgs in MMA. But she was making a bit over 100k a fight in boxing and turned down an offer for a $250k payday in boxing to pursue MMA.

For years If you looked around Alb you would find her on a bill board. Even for her last mma fight there were at least 4 huge billboards around Albuquerque advertising the fight. She is probably making a good bit more than most women mma fighters.

Any pro boxer that switched to MMA can't expect to get anything close to what they were previously making. Boxers are making 100k to 1m. N the ppv stars like Mayweather Pacquiao Klitschko bros Cotto make more. If you come to MMA, expect to make less money. A lot less. I can't imagine she's making half of 100k for her fights in WMMA. She needs to stop it and get reasonable. Or continue fighting in these bs organizations.

Well it sounds like she is making a bad career move doesn't it. If she was being paid six figures to box. How much do you think she was paid to fight in Bellator, it wasn't 6 figures, hell it likely wasn't even 5 figures.

Yeah... The source for this is Holly's manager who strikes me as a typical shady boxing promoter. I would take what he says with a grain of salt.

He is taking a typical boxing tactic used to duck competition. You price yourself out of the fight.

Lol at boxers moving to MMA to make less money. Who the hell is your career advisor. How would you possibly give up 250,000 to make 6k in Bellator.

Oh they have a passion for it.... Bullshit, women champion boxers seem to be coming to MMA bacause they can actually earn money doing it. Jessica Rakoczy is a world boxing champion but gave it up to be on TUF... to make less money... riiiiiiggghhht
