Holly Holm Wants to Avenge Her Loss to Miesha Tate and Face Ronda Rousey Next

I think they're going to to give it to her in hopes for tue Holm/Rousey rematch but its a bullshit fight. Holly had zero defenses. Let Meisha fight Nunes and Holly fight someone else then if they both win they fight again. These immediate rematches for the sole sake of money are really disappointing

Meisha was a minute from losing the fight. Holly made a simple mistake by trying to standup. And she got caught. But that fight was hers...nobody wants to see rousey vs tate 3.
 
She won't fight Ronda or Tate next. She's gonna have to fight another contender, which I actually agree with.
 
Come on, don't have the same 3 people fight for the title over and over again ala Cain/JDS/Bigfoot.

Dana has an obsession with Ronda, he once wore a t shirt that had a nude photo of her on it.

Zuffa is all about money but I believe this is a rare instance where they choose the fighter over the payday, they'll give Ronda the easier fight in Tate and keep her away from Holly.

...then remembered WMMA doesn't matter.
 
It's definitely a possibility, and I believe Holly willl beat Tate in a rematch. She was winning the first fight. She allowed two takedowns and that was her demise. She's realized what she needs to work on, it seems, from her social media postings. So I feel she'll be able to fill the holes in her game.

In the love triangle that is Rousey/Holm/Tate I think Holm is the sole fighter that can beat her two opponents consistently.

Holm might not deserve it but she has a better chance in a rematch out of Holm, Rousey & Tate.

For MMA to seem legitimate, contenders on win streaks have to be given their shots even if they're perceived to be 'easy' pickings by some fans. By your logic Nunes would probably be easier for Holm to beat than Tate too, so if Holm beat Tate, Nunes still wouldn't be allowed to get a shot at Holm even if she keeps winning lol.
 
I read the article and didn't see what the article's title was referring to, but yeah that would be Holm's ideal scenario. However as was referenced in the article, Holly has a lot less ability to dictate matchups after that loss.

Nunes is an easy fight for anybody in the top 4/5 as long as it's a 5 round fight.

After her last fight she said "this is a huge step for me" just because she managed to go for 3 rounds, she isn't ready for a title shot.

I'd rather see Zingano get the shot even if she's coming off a loss, has (T)KO wins over Nunes & Tate.

Actually she gave a very hard fight to Cat before, well, gassing... and cardio probably wouldn't matter in a fight with Ronda, it would likely be a first round finish either way and with Ronda's striking defense a Nunes win is possible.

That isn't the point though, you can't ban contenders from title shots due to perceived difficulty lol. Otherwise you could argue for a lot of contenders not being 'worthy' without giving them a chance to prove otherwise.

Nah, Rousey beats everybody not named Holly.

Exactly my point, as long as you're top 5 & you know you can get out of the 1st round you're literally guaranteed the win.
