Holly is far from technical .... lol. I actually thought she was good until I actually watched her fights in the UFC.

Holm's gameplan for all her UFC fights:

1: Circle around in straight lines
2: Rush in
3: Throw 4-6 punches/kick combination with no power
4: Don't stop combination until all punches are thrown (even if they missed)
5: SCREAM during every strike
5: Back out in straight line
6: Repeat steps 1-5

You can now successfully emulate Holly Holm

But then again she can't be losing that perfect record to a fringe top ten fighter.

Holly has fought pro MMA since March 2011 and has had a decorated career in another combat sport prior to MMA. I know people say she's not ready, and I don't disagree with that, but quite frankly if she's not ready by now I don't think there will be a time she is ready before Ronda retires.

There was nothing spectacular about bum rushing Bethe. Holly knows how to keep distance, pretty sure she's never had a bruise in the ufc yet.

It didn't look like her mom set her straight to me. In the Bethe fight, it just looked like Ronda KOed Bethe sooner than she meant to because Bethe couldn't take Ronda's power. After all, Ronda refused to grapple with Bethe and purposely kept the fight standing which is the exact opposite to what her mom wanted her to do.

That being said, I see no reason for Ronda to purposely keep the fight standing so I doubt she'll purposely try to beat Holly at Holly's game.

I don't care if Ronda has more power. Holm has better technique. RR is wild and leaves her chin up in the air. If she comes rushing in like that against Holm (who is very good at staying at range) she will get hit. To say Holm can't win on the feet shows how much of a fool you are.

It seems to me, every time R3 fights, we get a thread like this about her opponent for that fight. How they have the key for the puzzle, what is Rowdy.

I'm far from a nut-hugger, I would like to see a competitive fight but I think Holm is only one TD from losing....

As long as Rowdy keeps her chin tucked in and doesn't swing wildly, she will be not troubled in the slightest!
