people seem to forget figueiredo vs benavidez, where joe kind of headbutted himself by running forward in the same way as holland, but joe didnt actually go out. he was just wobbly up until the finish that ensued shortly thereafter, but the fight was still ruled a win for figuereido. despite the accidental headbutt clearly leading to the finish. the ufc is horribly incosnistent in enforcing it's own, fairly limited ruleset and it's really disappointing to see.

Everything from the point of contact to the severity of the impact on the fight is different (Fig also crushed him in the rematch which we all know wouldnt be the case with the Holland fight).
In both cases each fighter is equally at fault for the illegal contact so thats not the point . Your wrong , its not a big deal , just move on .
