Hole in my hand

I gloved up and went for it. Deadlifts were fine. I only did one set of Power Cleans and decided those were a bad idea. Bent Over Rows were fine. The funny thing is that I end off my pull day with Curls and those hurt the most. I didn't even finish a set.
All in all it was a horrible day. I normally do burpees at night but that is probably a bad idea as well.
