This has happened in 2 of my wrestling matches. I could a little off balance and my nose gets destroyed by me knee. It hurts like hell and i look like a pussy cause im crying while wrestling. (we all know that teary effect) Has this happened to anyone else?
Yeah I have been thrown and did the old knee into the nose. I believe Gonzaga did it against randy. By the way it sucks.

I have never seen someone do that off a shot but I have headbutted someone in the hip before off a shot.

As part of our warm up, we were doing tumbles and on of them ( a reverse handstand into a roll) I stupidly hit my own face with my knee. Opened up a cut just below my left eye.
