what is your best strike? is it a punch or a kick? what kind?

i throw a mean hook... i can't throw an uppercut or haymaker to save my life... my cross isn't very accurate... but my hook is textbook... a thing of beauty.

i also find alot of success with my hopkick.

took a hell of a lot of practice but I kind of agree if I have to pull it at all. Before the highkick it was a mid kick to the liver because I love being a southpaw.

i love the jumping knee or roundhouse with faking with the other side. ive always been a powerful jumper.

something more practical i can set up a mean low kick fake and take the back leg out quite quickly.

other then that i like the body cross.
