Does anyone know what a "hip over sweep" is? Is it the same as a "hip bump sweep"? I've never heard any sweep referred to as a hip over sweep before? If you have a video of this I would appreciate it. Thanks!
Its on a list of prerequisites to take his official's class. The problem as one might expect is that there are at least a dozen names for every technique. This one in particular I've never heard. I probably know it and 20 variations of it, but I want to make sure I know what he's talking about.
