Awsome exercises, thanks for posting. I got to try these on Monday.
 
I do Hindu push-ups, the problem is almost every site (including Furey's) has you do them wrong. You keep your legs together, not spread. Trust me they increase your strength very fast. They are also great cardio.
 
I did a few sets, as I expected very sore triceps and shoulders. Excellent for pushing and punching power.
