How is this really new? Basically all they said was Hillary fucked up, but gave her wiggle room in saying that the state dept. has "longstanding systemic weaknesses" in electronic record-keeping "that go well beyond the tenure of any one Secretary of State" by naming Powell also. Other reports stated Rice had the same issue with senior advisors to her. We already knew all of this.
I doubt this changes anything. She's one of the most polarizing people in the country. I highly doubt it changes anyone's opinion of her.
I believe we can request their emails if they are in a public office under the FOIAI don't like the woman but I wonder what the other president candidates went about in their e-mails.

Yeah, the title is misleading, you can't really be "guilty" in the sense it tries to imply without charges, and I highly doubt those are forthcoming. She broke the rules, and should rightfully be reprimanded, but I doubt this affects her candidacy.
