    66kg, 173cm, 19yr, boxing.
    goal: cardio & overall strenght as much as possible.
    rhr - 56-60

    routine for 3 weeks.
    1 - swimming - 30min.
    2 - lsd/weight - lsd in the mornings 90min, weights in evenings.
    3 - interval - 15s/45-1min.
    4 - lsd/weight
    5 - swimming
    6 - lsd/weight
    7 - rest day
