HIIT with weight training - Need routine advice

How would I implement the sandbag by just holding it while doing my routine

If you're asking what exercises you can do with a sandbag then you can do turkish get ups, squats, presses, cleans, snatches, rows, etc....essentially any exercises that allow you to hold it and perform a certain movement pattern. It will feel far heavier than the stated weight if it were a barbell, dumbbell or kettlebell.

That answer is yes. You can just hold bags of certain weight until body gasses out.

Like @DEVILsSON listed plenty options. You can do overhead slams, burpees to bag pick up, burpees while holding the bag entire movement, shouldering, over shoulder throws, extensions, squats from a bear hug or from the shoulder, floor presses, Kang squats, wrestle grappling cross body pulls while laying , knees to bag grounded, hold the bag and do high step marches, lunges, front hold standing oblique leans.

Later on when the bag size increases, then you can start suplexing them :) but I'm a lil biased being a sandbag affiliate and using them 6 days a week lol

I've never used them myself, but I've heard some Grapplers speak very highly of Sandbags. They say there is a very large carryover to Grappling itself.

There is. Even though I should point out that most grapplers I know don't use the typical big sandbags (with or without handles), rather they use different types of smaller (up to 20 kg typically) sandbags like Bulgarian bags etc. for circuit-type training that one could also use a barbell plate for (and in fact, that's what we did back in the day - always accompanied by the coach's caution not to drop them on the mat, because mats are expensive), or they use dummies.

There is a private owner of Freedom Strength in my sig with discount code but you can definitely find them cheaper on Amazon / Ebay. The Freedom bags are of high quality and super durable whenever you're hooker rough with em and need em to last a few years.

As far as styles, there are training bags with handles all over or the strongman bags that are just cylinder that require gripping and squeeze strength to hang on to. The handles are cumbersome to me and get in the way. Much prefer the bare bags for tossing and carrying.
The carry over to grappling is there. Very good core workouts.
