Yeah doesn't it make sense to do Hiit with Liss?
Cardio empty stomach sprints 10-15min of hiit to lower glycogen & walking incline after 45min to burn fat. Doesn't the body use carbs, fats then proteins for energy in that order? As a result of this one wouldn't one increase EPOC as well? Looks good to me. On weight days 15-30min of liss right after intense weightlifting.
